I’ve spent my career working alongside startups as they grow—helping them build people systems that protect the business without slowing it down.

My career began with a strong foundation in compliance, regulation, and risk mitigation. Over time, I was drawn to the more nuanced, human side of organizations and moved into People Operations, working as fractional HR for venture-backed startups often led by high-profile founders. These environments required a careful balance: mitigating risk while still challenging the status quo.

As a versatile People Operations Leader, with experience across a wide range of industries, including tech, non-profit, advertising agencies, consumer packaged goods (food, lifestyle and beauty brands), experiential marketing, and entertainment, I take pride in deeply understanding how a business operates. From its structure and goals to its constraints, knowing the ins and outs  provides insight to building People Operations that genuinely support the work being done and the people doing it.

People are my passion. I believe the most meaningful and lasting impact in any organization happens through its people when business strategy, operations, and culture are intentionally aligned. Working with startups and small businesses allows me to help founders  build that alignment early, creating systems that scale and teams that thrive.
